HOW TO ENTER

1. Buy any Kent Wood Fire and Flue Kit from any Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store or online via the Mitre 10
   website and go in the draw to win the Prize.
2. To enter visit mitre10.co.nz/win-with-kent and complete the online entry form, where you must enter your full name, email address, contact number and the unique code on your receipt.
3. One (1) unique code will be given for each qualifying transaction. There are no restrictions as to the number of entries you may have to this promotion, however each unique code provides one (1) entry. If
   the unique code is duplicated or incorrectly entered, your entry will be deemed to be invalid.
4. Purchases made on account, including any Smartmate or trade account are excluded.
5. The promotion commences at 12.01 am on 30 April 2026 and closes at midnight on 24 June 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries are strictly valid on purchases between these dates. You have until midnight 28 June 2026 to complete your entries at mitre10.co.nz/win-with-kent.
6. Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries are invalid.
8. Retain your receipt as proof of purchase to verify your entry. Receipts used for entry into the competition are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with.
9. All eligible entrants go in the prize draw to win the Prize, which is a cash prize equal to the total value of their qualifying Kent purchase and one (1) cube of firewood valued at $300 RRP.
10. A “qualifying Kent purchase” means the purchase of a Kent wood fire and flue kit from Mitre 10 during the Promotion Period. This may include any Kent-branded accessories purchased in the same transaction.
11. The cash component of the Prize will be calculated based on the total amount actually paid at the time of purchase for the qualifying Kent purchase, inclusive of GST and after any discounts have been applied.
12. The cash component of the prize does not include delivery, installation, or any other costs not included in the wood fire purchase price.
13. The cash Prize will be transferred via internet banking to the Winner’s nominated bank account.
14. The firewood component of the Prize will be made available for collection at the Winner’s nearest Mitre 10 store or a local firewood merchant nominated by the Promoter and is not redeemable for cash.
15. The Promoter does not accept liability for any incorrect on invalid bank account details provided by a Winner.

PRIZE DRAW

1. “Winner” is defined as the person whose name is drawn in the prize draw held on 29 June 2026 (Prize
2. Draw) or on 13 July 2026 (Unclaimed Prize Draw).
3. The Winner will be drawn by random draw from all valid entries. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
4. The Winner will be notified by telephone on the phone number submitted with their entry within five (5) days of the Prize Draw. The Winner must respond by 10 July 2026 or the prize will be forfeited and another Winner drawn.
5. If the Prize remains unclaimed by 13 July 2026, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 13 July 2026 in order to award Prize (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”). The new Winner will be telephoned on the phone number submitted with their entry within seven (7) days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The new Winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to forfeit any prize if said unclaimed prize has not been claimed by 24 July 2026.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any notification that is misdirected, lost or damaged, or if the Winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided in the entry form.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in
   accordance with its Privacy Policy (mitre10.co.nz/privacy).
2. By accepting a Prize , the Winner agrees that the Promoter or Prize Sponsor may use the Winner’s name, town/city and photograph for publicity purposes relating to this promotion, including on packaging, or in
   public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, without payment or any other compensation.

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. By entering this Promotion you accept these terms as amended from time to time.
2. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are not employees of a Mitre 10 Store, the Promoter or the Prize Sponsor,
   or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
4. The Promoter’s decision on any matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prior to receiving the Prize and being declared a Winner, the entrant may be required to show proof of identity and to sign a declaration of eligibility and participation agreement that accepts the terms relating
   to the use and enjoyment of the Prize and releasing the Promoter and related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize.
6. All other expenses incurred with any part of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
7. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and
   promotional agencies) and the Prize Sponsor exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any
   way out of the Promotion or the Prize.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions including but not limited to that of the Prize Sponsor.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time.
