We always want to bring you the best products and seek to work with suppliers who can provide these, but sometimes things do go wrong. When this happens and a product is deemed unsafe for use, or when we have concerns about a product, we act quickly to minimise the risk of harm. In many cases this means we will undertake a product recall.

In doing this we aim to keep the inconvenience and cost to our customers at a minimum.

Product Safety Recall

Latitude Milano Bench Seat - SKU 202064

Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Ltd is voluntarily recalling the Milano Latitude Bench Seat listed above due to a fault that may cause it to break.

This product was sold between September 2013 – November 2014 at both Mitre 10 MEGA stores and selected Mitre 10 stores.

The bench seat can be identified by its longer length (1940mm) and by a badge on the side beam of the seat saying ‘Latitude’.

Customers should cease using the bench seat immediately and return the product to their nearest Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store. A full refund will be given and replacement options are available to customers.
