Shop from the safety and comfort of home with the confidence of knowing that the product you need will be ready for collection, when and where you choose.
Our completely free Click & Collect service is available at all Mitre 10 MEGA and Mitre 10 Stores. Please bring your ID and show us your confirmation email when collecting your order.
How does it work?
Step 1: Select the products you want to buy and choose Click & Collect at your local Mitre 10 MEGA or Mitre 10 store.
Step 2: Let us know your preferred collection day, time and pick-up location.
You will be able to select from the available half hour pick-up windows in the next 7 days or 1hr Click & Collect, if it is available. Complete your order with no additional charges applied.
Step 3: We'll send you an email to confirm your order has been received and we're getting it ready. We'll expect to see you on the nominated day and time. If you've indicated you’d like a Click & Collect Locker pick-up, our team will be in touch directly to confirm availability.
Step 4: Grab your ID and order confirmation email (you can show us this on your smartphone if you prefer), head into your selected store to collect your order.
What else do I need to know?
How soon can I pick up my order?
You will be able to select from available half hour timeslots in the next 7 days, and where available you can also choose 1hr Click & Collect.
Click & Collect is valid only at the specific store selected by you when placing your order, during the half hour window selected.
Some items may take slightly longer to pick due to size, or storage location. If there is a delay with your order, the store will contact you by email or on the phone number provided at checkout.
Please take photo ID and a copy of your Click & Collect order confirmation email with you to the store (you can show us this on your smartphone if you prefer).
How much time do I have to pick up my order?
We currently offer 1hr Click & Collect as well as half-hour pickup windows. If you don't manage to pick up your order at the time selected and we need to move your order to another location, our team will get in touch to let you know.
Why is ID and a confirmation email required when picking up an order?
To ensure the safety of our customers (that's you!) and to mitigate the rising incidents of theft and fraud, we've implemented a policy requiring collectors to present both their photo ID and confirmation email during order pickup. This extra step guarantees that the right person receives the order and helps us maintain a secure and reliable service.
What happens if I can't pick up my order?
If you are unable to pick up your order at the time selected or have problems when picking it up, just give your store a call and we’ll get it sorted.
Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
Yes, they will be required to present both their photo ID and the order confirmation email during order pickup.
What are pick-up locations?
We’re making it easier to collect your online Click & Collect order from a location that suits you! Choose from available locations, including: Customer Service Desk, Click & Collect Lockers* or Drive-thru.
*Click & Collect Lockers are currently only available at Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka and Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington. The lockers are located just outside the front entrance to the store.
When collecting your order from the Drive-thru, please make sure that you follow the instructions of our team carefully, and follow all safety signage, so that we can do your best to ensure your safety.
How do I choose my pick-up location?
Shop online at mitre10.co.nz and add products to your cart for Click & Collect as you normally would. In the checkout page, when you select your Click & Collect day/time you’ll also be able to choose from the available pick-up locations for your chosen store. Once we receive your order, our team will start getting your order ready for collection at your chosen time/location.
If you have selected a Click & Collect Locker, our team will be in touch to confirm availability and to give you instructions to collect your order. We’ll contact you on the phone number or email address used during checkout.
Click & collect Lockers are subject to availability and Click & Collect Locker Terms and conditions.
How much does the Click & Collect Locker service cost?
It’s absolutely free!
What items cannot be collected from Click & Collect Lockers?
The following product types are unable to be collected from a locker:
Hazardous substances, this includes heat/cold sensitive products
Age restricted products, like spray-paint
Perishable items like plants
Food – including animal food
Some heavy/bulky items - at the discretion of the store, items that may be a risk to lift in and out of lockers.
