Click & Collect

Buy online and collect your order in store

Shop from the safety and comfort of home with the confidence of knowing that the product you need will be in store ready for collection. Our completely free Click & Collect service is available at all Mitre 10 MEGA and Mitre 10 Stores.

How does it work?

Click and Collect select product

Step 1

Select the product you want to buy and choose Click & Collect at your local Mitre 10 MEGA or selected Mitre 10* store.

Step 2

Let us know your preferred collection day and time.You will be able to select from the available half hour pick-up windows in the next 7 days. Complete your order with no additional charges applied. 


Click and Collect receive your order conformation

Step 3

We'll send you an email to confirm you order has been received and we're getting it ready. We'll expect to see you on the nominated day and time.

Step 4

Grab your ID and order confirmation email (you can show us this on your smartphone if you prefer), head in to your selected store and see our friendly team at the Customer Service desk to collect your order.

What else do I need to know?

  • Our Click & Collect service is running on strict half hour time slots. You will be able to select from available slots on your chosen day during the checkout process.
  • Some items may take slightly longer to pick due to size, or storage location. If there is a delay with your order, the store will contact you by email or on the phone number provided at checkout.
  • Please take a personal ID and ideally a copy of your Click & Collect order confirmation email with you to the store.
  • Please make sure that you follow the instructions of our staff carefully so that we can do your best to ensure your safety.
  • Click & Collect is valid only at the specific store selected by you when placing your order, during the half hour window selected. To ensure that we can process your order safely and efficiently, please ensure that you arrive at the store on time. If you are not able to pick up your order during the half hour window, you will need to contact the store by email to arrange a new collection time.
  • Click & Collect is currently available at Mitre 10 MEGA and selected Mitre 10 Online Fulfilment Stores during the stores opening hours, and is not available for all products.
