The prize is 1 of 3 (three) x $2,000 in Mitre 10 Gift Cards ($6,000 in total) which are not redeemable for cash.

Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to these conditions.
2. Entry is open to those who have purchased any CRC Leak Stop product (“Qualifying Purchase”) from any participating Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store during the Promotional Period and complete the online entry form found at www.mitre10.co.nz/crc or by scanning the QR promo code displayed in store. See Appendix for full SKU list.
3. To enter visit www.mitre10.co.nz/crc and complete the online entry form where you must enter your full name, email address, contact number and the unique code on your receipt.
4. One (1) unique code will be given for each transaction. There are no restrictions as to the number of entries you may have to this promotion, however each unique code provides one (1) entry. If the unique code is duplicated or incorrectly entered, your entry will be deemed to be invalid. Entry becomes invalid if the purchased product is returned for credit or exchanged for alternative product.
5. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who:
   i. Are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
   ii. Are not employees of a Mitre 10 Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee.
   iii. Are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
6. Entry into the competition is via participation, which is via the entry form located at www.mitre10.co.nz/crc which includes agreement to these terms & conditions.
7. By entering this Promotion you accept these terms as amended from time to time.
8. The winner must show proof of purchase of any CRC Leak Stop product. There is a limit of 1 entry per invoice.
9. The promotion commences July 24, 2025, and closes at 11.59pm NZST on August 31, 2025. Any purchases made outside the Promotional Period are ineligible. You have until 11.59pm September 7, 2025 to complete your entries at www.mitre10.co.nz/crc.
10. All entries go in the draw to win a Prize which is 1 (one) $2,000 Mitre 10 Gift Card. There are 3 (three) prizes to be awarded, ($6,000 in gift cards in total). These will be awardedbased on the
    first three winners drawn. If the same customer is drawn twice, the prize will be redrawn.
11. Mitre 10 Gift Card terms apply to the Gift Card prizes. These terms can be found at: www.mitre10.co.nz/gift-card-information.
12. The Winners agree to participate in a prize handover ceremony at the Winner’s closest Mitre 10 store as advised to the Winner by the Promoter and at a time agreeable by all parties.
13. The prize cannot be converted to cash and is not transferable.
14. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, for entries received up to September 7, 2025.
15. The Prize Draw is conducted by the Promoter by way of random selection from all eligible entries and the first three eligible entries drawn will be deemed the Winners.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
17. The winner will be notified via email or phone within two days of the draw and have their names published on the Promoters website at www.mitre10.co.nz/crc by September 15, 2025.
18. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on September 24, 2025, to redistribute a prize if any remain unclaimed by that date, subject to any relevant legislation. If such a draw is required, the winner will be notified via email and have their name published on the Promoters website at www.mitre10.co.nz/crc September 29, 2025. The new winner/s will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this competition.
19. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage, or injury due to technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable network server or other connections, failed telephone, mid-delivery or computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic.
21. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, defect, delay, theft, or unauthorised access to or alternation of entries. Subject to any written directions given under the applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for:
    i. Tampering with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation on the numbers of entries, or any other process as determined by the Promoter that in any way affects the fairness of the promotion.
    ii. Tampering with the operation of the competition or website.
    iii. Acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
22. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with its Privacy Policy (www.mitre10.co.nz/privacy).
23. By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use the Winner’s name, town/city and photograph for publicity purposes relating to this promotion, including on packaging, or in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, without payment or any other compensation.
24. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this competition and/or its prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its employees and agents.
25. All other expenses incurred with any part of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
26. The Promoter’s decision on any matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time.
28. The Promoter is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
