YOUR SAY PRIZE DRAW – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

QUALIFYING EVENTS

  • Every in-store purchase with a receipt at any Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA gives one opportunity to enter the draw.
  • Every online purchase from www.mitre10.co.nz gives at least one opportunity to enter draw as follows:
    • For every online purchase, after payment is completed online, you will be prompted to complete the survey and enter the draw.
    • For some purchases, you may also receive an additional email after collection or delivery to complete the survey and enter the draw.
  • Submitting feedback via an in-store tablet in select stores between April 2023 and August 2023. Entry via this event is limited to one entry per customer per day.
  • Purchases made on a trade credit account are excluded.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter:

  • For in-store purchases, go to mitre10.co.nz/yoursay and input the Unique Code found at the bottom of your receipt. Unique Codes are only valid for one prize draw entry.
  • For online purchases, click on the prompt on the checkout page or in the email; and then complete the survey together with your name, email address and contact information in order to enter the prize draw. Email links will expire after 42 days.
  • For feedback via in-store tablet, complete the survey on the tablet as prompted.
  • Ensure that you retain your receipt as proof of purchase to verify your entry. Loss of this may result in the ineligibility to claim the prize.

PRIZE AND PRIZE DRAW

  • All entrants go into the monthly national draw of one $1,000 Mitre 10 Gift Card (‘Prize’).
  • The Prize is subject to the Mitre 10 Gift Card terms and conditions and is not redeemable for cash. Any expenses incurred in connection with the Prize are the winner’s responsibility.
  • Prize draw will be by the tenth working day of each month for completed surveys from the previous month. The winner will be notified by phone or email. Winner to collect the Prize from their closest store.
  • In the event the monthly winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of the draw being made, a new winner will be drawn. The new winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • By accepting a Prize, the winner consents to their name and photograph being used by Mitre 10 for publicity and marketing purposes.
  • The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Survey and the Prize Draw. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy applies.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Participation is deemed acceptance of these terms as amended or modified from time to time.
  • The Promoter’s decision on any matter in relation to this prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Prize Draw is only open to those resident in New Zealand, aged 18 years or older, and those who are not employees of the Promoter, or of any Mitre 10 store, and are not immediately family of any such employee.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of any entry and to disqualify any enter into the prize draw if it appears the entry is not in accordance with these terms.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the prize draw and to amend these terms at any time.
  • From time to time, individually owned and operated Mitre 10 stores may choose to hold additional prize draws to the Prize. Only purchases at participating Mitre 10 stores will be eligible for these additional prize draws.
  • The promoter is Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Ltd.
