Nora B Log Cabin Competition Terms & Conditions

HOW TO ENTER:

1. To enter the draw to win the Prize, visit mitre10.co.nz/win-a-log-cabin and complete the online entry form, where you must enter your full name, email address and contact number.
2. One entry per person.
3. If an entrant enters more than once, all that entrant’s entries will be deemed to be invalid.
4. The promotion commences at 12.01 am on 18 September 2025 and closes midnight on 15 October 2025 ("Promotion Period").
5. Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries are invalid.

PRIZE:

1. All entrants go in the prize draw to win the Prize which is a Nora B Log Cabin, W: 2980 mm, D: 2980 mm, H: 2500 mm (SKU 2025987) valued at $6,999 RRP (“Prize”).
2. There is one (1) Prize to be won.
3. The Prize includes delivery and installation of the Prize by Kitset Assembly Services subject to the delivery / installation location being within 100 kilometres of a Mitre 10 store excluding Waiheke Island and other remote islands. Delivery and installation cannot be provided for locations outside of this zone. The Winner will be responsible for collecting and installing the Prize in this scenario.
4. If Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of Prize) with a prize equal to or greater in value.
5. The Prize should be installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided. It is the Winner’s responsibility to choose an appropriate location for installation of the Prize.

PRIZE DRAW:

1. “Winner” is defined as the person whose name is drawn in the prize draw held on 16 October 2025 (Prize Draw) or on 23 October 2025 (Unclaimed Prize Draw).
2. The Winner will be drawn by random draw from all valid entries. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
3. The Winner will be notified by telephone on the phone number submitted with their entry within 2 days of the Prize Draw. The Winner must respond by 21 October 2025 or the prize will be forfeited and another Winner drawn.
4. If the Prize remains unclaimed by 22 October 2025, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 23 October 2025 in order to award Prize (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”). The new Winner will be telephoned on the phone number submitted with their entry within 2 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The new Winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to forfeit any prize if said unclaimed prize has not been claimed by 30 October 2025
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any notification that is misdirected, lost or damaged, or if the Winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided in the entry form.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

1. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with its Privacy Policy (mitre10.co.nz/privacy).
2. By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use the Winner’s name, town/city and photograph for publicity purposes relating to this promotion, including on packaging, or in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, without payment or any other compensation.

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. By entering this Promotion you accept these terms as amended from time to time.
2. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are not employees of a Mitre 10 Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
4. The Promoter’s decision on any matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prior to receiving the Prize and being declared a Winner, the entrant may be required to show proof of identity and to sign a declaration of eligibility and participation agreement that accepts the terms relating to the use and enjoyment of the Prize and releasing the Promoter and related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize.
6. All other expenses incurred with any part of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
7. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time.
