HOW TO ENTER:

1. Entry to the prize draw is automatic when an eligible Mitre 10 Club member:
   1. purchases any product from Mitre 10, Mitre 10 MEGA or www.mitre10.co.nz during the Promotional Period; and
   2. identifies themselves in the same transaction as a Mitre 10 Club member by:
      1. providing their name, email address or phone number registered to their Club account;
      2. scanning their Mitre 10 Club barcode;
      3. scanning their Koru card linked to their Mitre 10 Club account; or
      4. logging into their Mitre 10 Club account when shopping online.
2. One (1) entry per qualifying transaction.
3. Purchases made on account, including any SmartMate or trade accounts, are excluded from this promotion.
4. The promotion commences at 12:00am on 31 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 August 2026 ("Promotional Period").

3. Prize value is based on recommended retail pricing at the commencement of the promotion and may vary.
4. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
5. The Mitre 10 Gift Card component is subject to the standard Mitre 10 Gift Card terms and conditions, see mitre10.co.nz/gift-card-information.
6. If any Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of Prize) with a prize equal to or greater in value.
7. The Winner is responsible for collecting the prize from the Winner’s closest Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store and for any costs associated with collection or transportation of the prize.
8. Prize handover will take place at the winner’s closest Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store, as advised to the Winner by the Promoter and at a time agreeable by all parties. The handover is complete when the Prize is in the Winner’s possession.
9. The Winner agrees to make themselves available for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation.

PRIZE DRAW:

1. "Winner" means the person whose entry is drawn in the Prize Draw held on 4 September 2026, or any subsequent Unclaimed Prize Draw.
2. The Winner will be drawn by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
3. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
4. The Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the details registered to their Mitre 10 Club account within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw.
5. The Winner must respond within seven (7) days of being notified or the prize may be forfeited and another Winner drawn.
6. If the prize remains unclaimed seven (7) days after notification, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 18 September 2026. The Winner is responsible for collecting the prize from the Winner’s closest Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store and for any costs associated with collection or transportation of the prize.
7. The new Winner will be subject to these same terms and conditions of this competition.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any notification that is misdirected, lost or damaged, or if the Winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect account details.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

1. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with its Privacy Policy (mitre10.co.nz/privacy).
2. By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use the Winner's name, town/city and photograph for publicity purposes relating to this promotion, including public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, without payment or any other compensation.

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. By accepting a Prize, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. This Promotion is only open to eligible entrants who:
   1. are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over;
   2. are Mitre 10 Club members;
   3. are not employees of Mitre 10 stores, Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited, participating agencies or suppliers associated with the Promotion; and
   4. are not immediate family members of any such employee.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and eligibility of entrants.
4. The Promoter's decision on any matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prior to receiving the prize, the Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
6. Unless expressly stated, all costs associated with claiming, collecting, transporting, assembling or using the prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
7. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion and to amend these terms at ant time. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
