The Traeger Woodridge range brings wood pellet grilling into a mid to premium tier, sitting between the Ironwood and Timberline lines. Every Woodridge grill uses the same WiFIRE app control and two tier cooking grate as the rest of the Traeger range, so you can grill, smoke, bake and roast on one machine. Mitre 10 stocks all three tiers: Woodridge, Woodridge Pro and Woodridge Elite.
The Woodridge gives 860 square inches of total cooking area, while both the Woodridge Pro and Woodridge Elite step up to 970 square inches, split across a bottom and top grate. Pro and Elite add a few features over the base Woodridge, including Super Smoke Mode for deeper wood flavour, a digital pellet sensor, and a folding side shelf. The Elite goes a step further again with a closing storage cabinet built into the base.

The Traeger Woodridge makes wood-fired BBQ cooking simple, whether you’re grilling, smoking, roasting or baking. With easy digital controls, WiFIRE® connectivity and plenty of cooking space, it’s a versatile choice for relaxed weeknight meals, weekend BBQs and entertaining.

The Traeger Woodridge Pro gives you more space and control for bigger BBQs and low-and-slow cooking. Super Smoke Mode adds extra wood-fired flavour, while WiFIRE® connectivity, a pellet sensor and handy side shelf make it easy to manage everything from family dinners to weekend get-togethers.

The Traeger Woodridge Elite is designed for those wanting a more complete outdoor cooking setup. With Super Smoke Mode, WiFIRE® connectivity, added insulation, generous prep space and enclosed storage, it offers extra convenience for everything from quick BBQ meals to longer smoking sessions.

The base Woodridge has 860 square inches of cooking area, while the Woodridge Pro and Woodridge Elite both step up to 970 square inches. Pro and Elite add Super Smoke Mode, a digital pellet sensor and a folding side shelf, features the base Woodridge does not list. The Elite adds a closing storage cabinet on top of everything the Pro offers.
Yes, all three Woodridge models, the base grill, the Pro and the Elite, use WiFIRE to connect to the Traeger app. This lets you check and adjust the temperature from your phone rather than standing at the grill. Each model also supports a wired meat probe and Bluetooth compatible thermometers for tracking food temperature separately from the grill itself.
The base Woodridge gives 860 square inches of total cooking area, split across a bottom and top grate. The Woodridge Pro and Woodridge Elite both increase this to 970 square inches, using the same two grate layout. All three models share the same 10.9 kilogram hopper capacity and an 82 to 260 degree Celsius cooking range.
Super Smoke Mode is a setting on the Woodridge Pro and Woodridge Elite that increases the amount of wood smoke the grill produces at lower temperatures. It is aimed at low and slow cooks, such as brisket or pulled pork, where more smoke flavour over a longer cook makes the biggest difference. The base Woodridge does not list this mode as a feature.
