Riviera Supercars Competition Terms & Conditions

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Spend $50 on any product from Mitre 10 MEGA Albany, New Lynn, Silverdale, Warkworth & Mitre 10 Whangaparaoa and go in the draw to win Tickets for two (2) people for three (3) days from the 25th – 27th October for General Admission to the 2024 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 and one (1) $5,000 NZD House of Travel gift card.
2. To enter visit www.mitre10.co.nz/supercars and complete the online entry form, where you must enter your full name, email address, contact number and the unique code on your receipt.
3. One (1) unique code will be given for each transaction over $50. There are no restrictions as to the number of entries you may have to this promotion, however each unique code provides one (1) entry. If the unique code is duplicated or incorrectly entered, your entry will be deemed to be invalid
4. The promotion commences at 12.01 am on 16 September 2024] and closes at 11:59 pm on 5 October 2024 ("Promotion Period"). Entries are strictly valid on purchases between these dates. You have until 11:59 6 October 2024 to complete your entries at www.mitre10.co.nz/supercars
5. Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries are invalid.
7. Retain your receipt as proof of purchase to verify your entry. Receipts used for entry into the competition are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with.

PRIZES:

1. The total prize package available is estimated to be no greater than $5,500 NZD in value.
   1. Tickets for two (2) people for three (3) days from the 25th – 27th October for General Admission to the 2024 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500.
   2. One (1) $5,000 NZD House of Travel gift card.
2. Prize is non-refundable;
3. The Winner is responsible for providing the correct contact details and the Promoter/Administrator is not liable for any failure by the Winner to provide the correct details;
4. No cash alternative is available;
5. The prize package inclusions are subject to availability. Where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, the Promoter will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
6. If the Winner chooses to forfeit any portion or the whole of the prize, then no alternatives will be provided;
7. While the Promoter/Administrator will use their best endeavours to supply the prize to the Winner at the specified delivery date/time, the Winner acknowledges and accepts that delays may occur in some circumstances. The Promotor/Administrator will notify the Winner of any expected delay and the estimated date of delivery;
8. The Promoter/Administrator will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of any delay in delivery or delivery into any spam folder of the email address provided by the Winner. However, if the prize is not delivered within 7 days after the estimated date, please contact [email protected];
9. Risk and title of the prize passes to the Winner upon delivery;
10. The House of travel gift card is valid for 10 years;
11. Redemption of the House of Travel gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of House of Travel.
12. Use of the tickets to the 2024 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 is subject to the Supercar terms and conditions, accessible at https://www.supercars.com/supercars-terms-and-conditions; and
13. The prize will be delivered via email from a team member of the Promoter to the Winner.

PRIZE DRAW:

1. “Winner” is defined as the person whose name is drawn in the prize draw on 7 October 2024 (Prize Draw) or on 10 October 2024 (Unclaimed Prize Draw).
2. The Winner will be drawn by random draw from all valid entries. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
3. The Winner will be notified by telephone on the phone number submitted with their entry on the day of the Prize Draw 7 October 2024. The Winner must respond by 12PM, 8 October 2024 or the prize will be forfeited, and another Winner drawn.
4. If the Prize remains unclaimed by 12PM 9 October 2024 , the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 10 October 2024 in order to award Prize (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”). The new Winner will be telephoned on the phone number submitted with their entry on the day of the Unclaimed Prize Draw 10 October 2024. The new Winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this competition.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any notification that is misdirected, lost or damaged, or if the Winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided in the entry form.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

1. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with its Privacy Policy (mitre10.co.nz/privacy).
2. By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use the Winner’s name, town/city and photograph for publicity purposes relating to this promotion, including on packaging, or in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, without payment or any other compensation.

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. By entering this Promotion you accept these terms as amended from time to time.
2. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are not employees of a Mitre 10 Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
4. The Promoter’s decision on any matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prior to receiving the Prize and being declared a Winner, the entrant may be required to show proof of identity and to sign a declaration of eligibility and participation agreement that accepts the terms relating to the use and enjoyment of the Prize and releasing the Promoter and related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize.
6. All other expenses incurred with any part of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
7. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Prize.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time.
