Project: Skate Ramp for local community

Mitre 10 MEGA Dunedin teamed up with the South Coast Boardriders Association, providing materials and help to build a new skate ramp for the local community.  As a number of the store’s trade customers are members of the Association, there was no lack of support chipping in on the design and build.  The ramp’s debut event was the South Island Surf Champs, where it proved a complete hit with the kids … and adults, and there are now plans to make it a permanent fixture in South Dunedin.
