An oil rich formula that penetrates the timber to protect and enhance the colour while letting the grain show through. Wattyl Forestwood Traditional Oil Stain dries completely, leaving a surface that won't rub off or mark clothing or skin. It protects timber from UV degradation and is recommended for rough sawn, band sawn and weathered, uncoated or previously oil stained timber.
- For exterior use.
- Covers 4 - 12 square metres per litre depending on surface condition.
- 4 - 8 hour surface dry (approx).
- Recoat after 24 hours.
- Mineral turpentine clean up.
Note that drying times are only an indicator of minimum drying time - in low temperatures and in high humidity, it will take longer for your paint or stain to dry.
