A premium mix of top quality NZ grown seeds provides essential energy to wild birds so they can thrive in your garden. Grown in the rich soils of Coastal Otago, Topflite seed contains more nutrients than imported seed and provides birds with the trace minerals and vitamins they need to stay healthy. Pair this mix with one of our bird feeders to attract common New Zealand garden birds.

This premium mix of top quality seeds provides essential energy to wild birds so they can thrive within your garden and throughout the wild. As imported seed is heat-treated at the border it also loses some of its nutritional benefits. Our New Zealand-grown seed doesn’t need heat-treating and so retains all of it’s natural goodness.In a Topflite bird feeder this seed will nourish a large range of common (and sometimes uncommon) New Zealand garden birds. Winter feeding is the perfect time for ensuring your seed is out but it’s also helpful to keep your feeder topped up year round so your local high-flyers can find it when they need it.1: Smaller seeds for the little mouths of smaller species.2: Can attract the following species: Chaffinch, dove, duck, goldfinch, greenfinch, goose, pigeon (feral), pigeon (native), rosella, pukeko, pheasant, silvereye, sparrow, swan, thrush, tui, yellowhammer.

Here at Mitre 10 we offer a quick, safe and affordable set of options for delivering your online purchase to your home, office or wherever your DIY project is taking place.

Delivery

Orders under 25kg are $7.00 to Metro areas and $12.50 to Rural* areas.

Surcharges may apply for multiple items, or based on the size, weight or any special handling requirements. This is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Alternatively the store may contact you to make other delivery arrangements.

If multiple items are ordered and are available within different timeframes, we may deliver the items separately. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.

*For parcel orders, rural delivery addresses are as defined by New Zealand Post address data.

No Hassle Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund any unopened and unused, non-customised items returned to us in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and the invoice or delivery docket, within 28 days. Customised products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special order or mixed to specific requirements, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

It’s always easiest to return your product to the store you got it from, but you can return it to any Mitre 10 store. If you prefer to courier your product back to us, just check your invoice to see which store dispatched your order and that’s where you send it back to.

We will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a Mitre 10 gift card for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.

Faulty Goods

If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Mitre 10 please contact us. We will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced, or provide a refund as specified by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
