Chilli Flame is a high quality Jalapeno variety with high disease resistance. It is early to mature, producing masses of highly uniform, smooth glossy fruit. This variety of chilli is very popular for cooking due to its good pungency levels, and makes a fantastic addition to any spicy dish, bringing that signature jalapeno flavour whether fresh or cooked.
- Recommended planting months for Jalapenos are Spring and Summer.
- Harvest in approximately 12 weeks or when the fruit turns red.
- Jalapenos are frost tender, make sure to plant after the frosts have ended.
- Jalapenos thrive in warm temperatures.
- Chillies are perfect for a pot, basket, window box, and ideal for small plots.
- Chillies take approximately three months to mature.
- Produces masses of small fruit perfect for a wide range of cuisine.

Due to the size, weight or materials involved, this product is currently not able to be delivered. However, you can still buy online and collect this product at your local Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store.

Customised products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special order or mixed to specific requirements, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Clearance items or products purchased during Clearance events in our stores, cannot be returned or exchanged.
It’s always easiest to return your product to the store you got it from, but you can return it to any Mitre 10 store. If you prefer to courier your product back to us, just check your invoice to see which store dispatched your order and that’s where you send it back to.
We will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a Mitre 10 Gift Card for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.
If you return products which were purchased in full or part using Airpoints Dollars™ and choose to have your purchase refunded, we’ll refund you in the same proportion of Airpoints Dollars™ and other payment types that were used for the original payment.
Faulty Goods
If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Mitre 10, bring it back to us with your proof of purchase. We will either repair, replace or provide you with a refund, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
