If you wish to click and collect your trailer, please contact your chosen store prior to purchase to make sure they have one prepared for the road.
This trailer does not come with number plates, registration, or a WoF. This is to be obtained by the customer at their expense.
Mitre 10 will provide guidance on how customers can go through the necessary steps required on purchase. This will involve going to a New Zealand Transport Registration Agent to register and obtain number plates then taking the trailer to a WoF Agent. Mitre 10 is happy to watch over your new trailer while you go off to arrange your registration and will help you attach the number plates. It is recommended to allow at least 2 hours from time of purchase to sort it all out. Wait times will vary at agents depending on day, time, and region. Some regions may also not have agents open on weekends. Mitre 10’s warranty ensures that our trailers will pass a WOF in new condition.
Due to the size, weight or materials involved, this product is currently not able to be delivered. However, you can still buy online and collect this product at your local Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store.
We are happy to exchange or refund products within 28 days provided that the product is returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and;
is unopened and unused
in original condition and packaging
includes all accessories
is not a customised item
Customised products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special order or mixed to specific requirements, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Clearance items or products purchased during Clearance events in our stores, cannot be returned or exchanged.
It’s always easiest to return your product to the store you got it from, but you can return it to any Mitre 10 store. If you prefer to courier your product back to us, just check your invoice to see which store dispatched your order and that’s where you send it back to.
We will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a Mitre 10 Gift Card for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.
If you return products which were purchased in full or part using Airpoints Dollars™ and choose to have your purchase refunded, we’ll refund you in the same proportion of Airpoints Dollars™ and other payment types that were used for the original payment.
If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Mitre 10, bring it back to us with your proof of purchase. We will either repair, replace or provide you with a refund, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
