Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to these conditions.
2. Entry is open to those who have purchased any 2 of Rust-Oleum branded Spray Paint products in one transaction (“Qualifying Purchase”) from any participating Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store during the Promotional Period and complete the online entry form found at www.mitre10.co.nz/rust-oleum
3. To enter visit www.mitre10.co.nz/rust-oleum and complete the online entry form where you must enter your full name, email address, contact number and the unique code on your receipt.
4. One (1) unique code will be given for each transaction of two or more Rust-Oleum branded Spray Paint products. There are no restrictions as to the number of entries you may have to this promotion, however each unique code provides one (1) entry, and each entrant can only win one prize. If the unique code is duplicated or incorrectly entered, your entry will be deemed to be invalid.
5. Entry becomes invalid if the purchased product is returned for credit or exchanged for an alternative product.
6. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who:
   1. Are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
   2. Are not employees of a Mitre 10 Store, the Promoter, or a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee.
   3. Are not professionally connected with the Promotion.
7. The promotion commences 6am August 20th, 2026, and closes at 11.59pm NZST on September 30th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Any purchases made outside the Promotional Period are ineligible. You have until 11.59pm September 30th, 2026 to complete your entries at www.mitre10.co.nz/rust-oleum
8. All entries go in the draw to win a Prize. There are 10 (ten) prizes of 1 (one) Weber Spirit E-425 LP BBQ 4 Burner, valued at $1399 (including GST) (Mitre 10 SKU 2060559).
9. There are 10 Prizes to be won.
10. The winner(s) may choose to have the prize delivered directly to a home address, or to their chosen Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store for collection.
11. The prize(s) cannot be converted to cash and is not transferable.
12. If Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of Prize) with a prize equal to or greater in value.
13. The Prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s office on Monday 12 October 2026 for entries received up to September 30th, 2026.
14. The Winners will be drawn by random draw from all valid entries. An entrant is only eligible to win one prize and will be removed from all future draws.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the Promoter’s discretion, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
16. The winner will be notified via email or phone within two days of the draw and have their names published on the Promoters website at www.mitre10.co.nz/rust-oleum by Monday 19 October 2026. The Promoter may conduct further draws on Friday 23 October 2026 to redistribute a prize if any prize(s) remain unclaimed or should the winner(s) be unreachable within 2 (two) days following notification of winning the prize, subject to any relevant legislation. The new Winner/s will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this competition.
17. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage, or injury due to technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable network server or other connections, failed telephone, mid-delivery or computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic.
19. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, defect, delay, theft, or unauthorised access to or an alternation of entries. Subject to any written directions given under the applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for:
    1. Tampering with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation on the numbers of entries, or any other process as determined by the Promoter that in any way affects the fairness of the promotion.
    2. Tampering with the operation of the competition or website.
    3. Acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
20. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with its Privacy Policy (mitre10.co.nz/privacy).
21. By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use the Winner’s name, town/city and photograph for publicity purposes relating to this promotion, including on packaging, or in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, without payment or any other compensation.
22. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this competition and/or its prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its employees and agents.
23. All other expenses incurred with any part of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
24. The Promoter’s decision on any matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion and to amend these terms at any time.
26. The Promoter is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
27. The Promoter is Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited.
