Canstar Blue’s latest research has revealed customers rate Mitre 10 garden centres number one for customer satisfaction and the results are compelling. Mitre 10 outperformed the market across all variables: overall satisfaction, service and advice, value for money, range of products, and range of brands.

Mitre 10 also leads the customer satisfaction stakes in the home improvement category, having taken out the number one spot in Cantar Blue’s 2018, 2020 and 2021 annual customer surveys.
