At Mitre 10, we believe diversity and inclusion are two sides of the same coin. But rather than telling you how we do it, we've left it to some of our people to read their letter to you about how Mitre 10 creates a safe and prosperous environment for all people to be their true selves.

And these letters aren't about a business. They're about you – the people who work in the business. This is because who you are is more important than what you do. 

‘Dear Mitre 10’ is a letter from eight unique people, with eight unique stories about their personal lives and their lives here as part of the ‘Mitre 10 family.’
