Mitre 10 MEGA Hamilton Wattyl x TRAEGER Competition Terms & Conditions

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Purchase any Wattyl Forestwood 4L or 10L product from Mitre 10 MEGA Te Rapa & Ruakura during the Promotion Period, complete the online entry form and go in the draw to win the prize.
2. To enter, visit www.mitre10.co.nz/hamilton and complete the online entry form, where you must enter your full name, email address, contact number, date of purchase on the docket, your docket number on your receipt, and how tins of 4L or 10L Wattyl Forestwood product you purchased.
3. For every 4L or 10L tin of Wattyl Forestwood product in a single transaction, gives one entry into the promotion. If your receipt details are duplicated or incorrectly entered, your entry will be deemed to be invalid.
4. Promotion is only open to all transaction types, excluding purchases made using short-term or long-term finance, and SmartMate Charge Trade Accounts.
5. Purchases made online via mitre10.co.nz for ‘Click & Collect’ or ‘Home Delivery’ are excluded. Promotion is only open to purchases made in full, in-store.
6. The promotion commences at 7:00am on 5 March 2026 and closes at 7pm on 1 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries are strictly valid on purchases between these dates. You have until midnight 5 April 2026 to complete your entries at www.mitre10.co.nz/hamilton
7. Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
8. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries are invalid.
9. Items must not have been returned for credit in order for the receipt to be eligible for entry into this promotion.
10. Retain your receipt as proof of purchase to verify your entry. Receipts used for entry into the competition are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with.
11. The Promoter may request to view the payment method used for the winning transaction at any time, to verify your entry.

PRIZE:

1. All entrants go in the draw to win one (1) TRAEGER Timberline Wood Pellet Grill, valued at $6,999 NZD.
2. The Prize does not include delivery.
3. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated in the Prize Details.
4. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of Prize) with a prize equal to or greater in value.

PRIZE DRAW:

1. “Winner” is defined as the person whose name is drawn in the prize draw held on 6 April 2026 (Prize Draw) or on 17 June 2025 (Unclaimed Prize Draw).
2. The Winner will be drawn by random draw from all valid entries. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
3. The Winner will be notified by telephone on the phone number submitted with their entry within 2 days of the Prize Draw. The Winner must respond by 8 April 2026 or the prize will be forfeited and another Winner drawn.
4. If the Prize remains unclaimed by 8 April 2026, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 9 April 2026 in order to award Prize (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”). The new Winner will be telephoned on the phone number submitted with their entry within 2 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The new Winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to forfeit any prize if said unclaimed prize has not been claimed by 13 April 2026.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any notification that is misdirected, lost or damaged, or if the Winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided in the entry form.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

1. The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with its Privacy Policy (mitre10.co.nz/privacy).
2. By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use the Winner’s name, town/city and photograph for publicity purposes relating to this promotion including on packaging, or in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, without payment or any other compensation.
3. If the Entrant consents to being contacted by the Promoter, the Promoter may use the personal information provided to contact the Entrant for future promotional and marketing purposes including contacting the Entrant via electronic messaging.

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. By entering this Promotion you accept these terms as amended from time to time.
2. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who:
   1. i. are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and
   2. ii. are not current or former employees of a Mitre 10 store, the Promoter, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and

2. For every litre of Wattyl or Accent Paint or Stain purchased in a single transaction, gives one entry into the promotion.
3. Promotion excludes Wattyl or Accent Aerosols and Accessories.
4. Promotion is only open to purchases made on SmartMate Charge Accounts who’s Home Store is either Mitre 10 MEGA Te Rapa or Mitre 10 MEGA Ruakura.
