Complete our online form with all of the details that are required. Our team will then follow this up with you to gather more information about your project.
Before a site visit can be completed, you will be asked to fill in a planning grid with room measurements and notes on where any key features in the room are. Download here.
If you are not comfortable completing a Planning Grid, you can skip straight to a Site Visit.
Our team are available to come to your home, or rental property with you to come and assess the space. Our site visits include a meet and greet with the Mitre 10 Crofton Downs project manager, a design consultant, and one of our trusted builders. In these site visits we can discuss with you works you are looking to undertake - from replacing the kitchen cabinetry to a full renovation or home extension. We can provide you with advice and/or inspiration for any further changes if asked. We take full measurements of the project areas, removing any question or error from measuring this yourself. Site visits enable us to quote your project with accuracy, providing you with a realistic timeframe and a project plan. Works are quoted as sited; any un-sited work may be subject to additional agreed upon costs as discussed further.

Site visits have a $150 deposit, which is fully refundable against the cost of any services that you sign on to use through Mitre 10.
Once our pricing and plans are signed off you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the services prior to work starting, with the remainder 50% payable upon completion.

Project Management
We work with you from initial concept to completed installation, only signing off on a project when you’re 100% happy with the final product. We look ahead, doing the project managing for you – removing the hassle and stresses of organising numerous tradesmen to all work together. Our time is dedicated to creating a smooth, seamless process that enables you to enjoy the renovation, or the new build, process as much as possible. Our team endeavour to help you understand all your requirements before undertaking a project and guide you through the whole project process. We become the key point of contact for you, the client, to communicate with about all project aspects; we translate the tricky construction ‘talk’ and communicate any project plan updates, as well as checking in regularly. Our team look to mitigate any unforeseen, but potentially inevitable time delays that may occur, keeping your project on track.

Installation
We offer a complete design to installation service, taking away the time-consuming job of putting together new cabinetry and installing in your home. The joinery installers will fully fit your kitchen, laundry or bathroom job, with tradesmen available to help complete any complex or necessary work as needed. Our team use experienced installers who understand the need for attention of the finer details of a job, ensuring it’s installed to the highest standard that’ll exceed your expectations. They get the job done in a timely manner, with as minimal disruption to your day-to-day life as possible. Some renovations and installs can become a complex process, requiring many different subtrades – builders, plumbers, plasterers, electricians, tilers and more. We coordinate all the tradespeople, bridging the gap of communication and becoming your one key contact to talk to about all aspects of the job.

Tradesmen
Being locally owned, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our tradesmen – using experienced, local and trusted tradesmen to complete your project. We assure only the highest standards and quality of works are being completed. Our team of reputable tradesmen that we work closely with include builders, electricians, plumbers, painters, plasterers, tilers, floorers, glaziers, and installers. Under our umbrella of tradesmen, we also have an architectural engineer who specializes in building resource and consents. We use only board certified, licensed or registered tradesmen, ensuring your works completely are up to code and have the correct building consents needed; we understand the regional requirements and are knowledgeable about our local council standards. The tradesmen comply with all Health & Safety work site standards, ensuring both your safety around the project area and theirs, tidying up at the end of each day. Our team navigate the tricky construction industry for you, translating the language and helping you understand your project requirements. We can arrange a site visit with our builder to chat to you about your options and give you a realistic timeframe, and quote, for completion.
