This sprawling heritage native vegetable has a texture and taste much like spinach. It's great used as a leafy green in dishes as you would use spinach, as long as its cooked or blanched before eating. It thrives in dry, hot weather, and can be picked for months.
Pre-chill the seeds in refrigerator for 24 hours before sowing. Sow directly into the garden position in a sunny spot against trellis or garden shed wall, as the vine will need support. Add Yates Thrive All Purpose Fertiliser before sowing
