Under Tile Membrane is a liquid rubber developed for wet area waterproofing under tiles, renders and surface finishes. Flexible and elastomeric, it dries to form a durable water and vapour barrier against permanent wet conditions. Compatible with a range of tile adhesives, renders and toppings. Ideal for bathrooms, showers and tiled areas, balconies, decks, podiums and terrace floors. It's water based, solvent free, and non-toxic.
Note that drying times are only an indicator of minimum drying time - in low temperatures and in high humidity, it will take longer for this product to dry.
- For interior and exterior use.
- 45 minute touch dry.
- Recoat after 1 hour.
- Tile over in just 4 hours.
- Water clean up (while wet).

It’s always easiest to return your product to the store you got it from, but you can return it to any Mitre 10 store. If you prefer to courier your product back to us, just check your invoice to see which store dispatched your order and that’s where you send it back to.
We will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a Mitre 10 Gift Card for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.
If you return products which were purchased in full or part using Airpoints Dollars™ and choose to have your purchase refunded, we’ll refund you in the same proportion of Airpoints Dollars™ and other payment types that were used for the original payment.
Faulty Goods
If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Mitre 10, bring it back to us with your proof of purchase. We will either repair, replace or provide you with a refund, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
