How it works
Once you've purchased an eligible product from Mitre 10, book AA-trusted tradespeople to install your new purchased item it at a time that suits you.
- Click to start the booking process online by using the “Book Now” button above.
- Select the service you need and use the postcode checker to ensure availability of that service in your area.
- An estimate or the service fee is displayed, including the up to 10% discount, if applicable
- Choose if you wish to add a disposal service for your existing dishwasher, toilet, vanity or oven for an additional fee.
- Then select your two preferred booking windows to have your installation done.
- You can also add photos through the process if you wish.
- Add your contact details and then your booking will be confirmed via email and text message.

*Terms & Conditions:
AA Members, AA Home subscribers, and AA Insurance policy holders receive up to a 10% discount for the initial estimated callout price by entering their Membership, subscription or policy number. There is no discount on any additional costs added and approved onsite, for example extra labour and any materials. The 10% discount applies on plumbing, electrical, locksmith, aircon/heat pump and handyperson services, gutter cleaning, Healthy Home inspections and rental property inspections. A 5% discount applies on pre-purchase building inspections, meth testing and asbestos testing. There is no discount on flatpack assembly services.

All jobs are carried out by licensed and experienced tradespeople approved by AA Home.
You’ll see an indicative price when you make a booking online. This covers the initial service estimate and applies to standard jobs. Any extra work or materials needed will be discussed with you and approved onsite before anything goes ahead.
