Build better with Hebel’s CodeMark Certified lntertenancy Wall Systems the PowerPanel XL and PowerPanel 50. Engineered to deliver high performance the PowerPanel XL & PowerPanel 50 is an ideal building material for residential projects being suitable for new homes, recladding of existing homes, and even for low-rise residential projects as it greatly reduces noise transmission from external sources such as traffic, for a quieter home and can even provide boundary wall capability.

PowerPanel XL & PowerPanel 50 systems consists of thick, steel-reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels, fixed vertically to Hebel’s patented perforated ‘top hat’ sections attached to a steel or timber loadbearing frame. Panels can be applied directly to steel framing without the need or cost of an additional thermal break. Additionally the systems do not require installation of plasterboard between floor levels and joists and in the roof space.

Prolam timber is carefully selected for production and graded according to strict specifications. All our timber stock is kiln dried, to 13% average moisture content, to ensure efficient bonding in the gluing operations.

Red Stag Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) is an alternative solution to traditional mid floors providing speed and accuracy. CLT is an Engineered Wood Product, constructed by laminated layers of boards 90 degrees out of phase of the other.

Red Stag has the ability to manufacture panels as large as 75 m2 (up to 16.5 x 4.5 m) allowing builders to install 300 – 450 m2 per hour. Advance CNC capabilities allow for precision machining, including robust costeffective solid stairs that can be installed inside 30 minutes. bbi AraucoPly PlyFloor is designed for use as a flooring or roofing substrate. Certified to AS/NZS 2269 to a strength grade of F11 this product is verifiably reliable and designed for NZ conditions.

Applications include residential or commercial flooring, flooring in wet areas, such as bathrooms toilets or kitchens, roofing, wall linings, general industrial applications, and flooring for mezzanine floors.

PowerFloor is a highly versatile solid platform flooring system that gives you the feel of a concrete floor at a significantly lower cost. The flooring system consists of 75mm steel-reinforced AAC panels, installed over steel or timber joists providing an excellent base for just about any floor covering – including timber strips, carpet, and tiles. Laminex New Zealand™ has developed a lightweight floor system that has an acoustic performance of STC 65 / IIC 56 and a BRANZ tested fire performance of FFR 60/60/60, making it ideal as an intertenancy flooring solution.

A key component of the system is Strandfloor® - a high density reconstituted wood panel bonded with moisture resistant resin and wax, specifically formulated for use as residential and or commercial interior flooring. Waterborne insecticide and fungicide (treated to H3.1 level), added to provide superior performance for use in internal moisture areas and for increased exposure times.

This CodeMark appraised, Red List Free product can be laid in all weathers and walked on immediately.

Used by top builders, LP® TopNotch® Durable Sub-Flooring is designed for optimum stability in both directions and its smooth surface is sanded to lay flat. LP TopNotch creates a solid foundation for a variety of finished flooring. LP TopNotch Guard is an oriented strand board (OSB) which is an engineered structural wood panel, manufactured from rectangular wood strands blended with thermal-set, waterproof adhesives and arranged in cross-directional layers that are pressure-bonded. OSB is a proven performer for many residential and non-residential applications.
