Build better with Hebel’s CodeMark Certified lntertenancy Wall Systems the PowerPanel XL and PowerPanel 50. Engineered to deliver high performance the PowerPanel XL & PowerPanel 50 is an ideal building material for residential projects being suitable for new homes, recladding of existing homes, and even for low-rise residential projects as it greatly reduces noise transmission from external sources such as traffic, for a quieter home and can even provide boundary wall capability.

PowerPanel XL & PowerPanel 50 systems consists of thick, steel-reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels, fixed vertically to Hebel’s patented perforated ‘top hat’ sections attached to a steel or timber loadbearing frame. Panels can be applied directly to steel framing without the need or cost of an additional thermal break. Additionally the systems do not require installation of plasterboard between floor levels and joists and in the roof space.

Laminex New Zealand™ has developed a lightweight floor system that has an acoustic performance of STC 65 / IIC 56 and a BRANZ tested fire performance of FFR 60/60/60, making it ideal as an intertenancy flooring solution.

A key component of the system is Strandfloor® - a high density reconstituted wood panel bonded with moisture resistant resin and wax, specifically formulated for use as residential and or commercial interior flooring. Waterborne insecticide and fungicide (treated to H3.1 level), added to provide superior performance for use in internal moisture areas and for increased exposure times.
