PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Promotional Period

  • Promotion opens at 12:01am 28th May 2026 and ends at 11:59pm 24th June 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Any purchases made outside the Promotional Period are ineligible. 
  • The Promoter is Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited, 67 Corinthian Drive, Albany, Auckland 0632 (“Promoter”).
 

Entry and qualification for the Prize Draw

  • To automatically enter the draw, Mitre 10 Trade Customers must spend at $500 + GST on Solasafe EasyClick and/or PolyGlaze Polycarbonate roofing during the Promotional Period on a Mitre 10 Trade Account held at any participating Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store.  
  • One entry is given for every $500 + GST spent on Solasafe EasyClick and/or PolyGlaze Polycarbonate roofing during the Promotional Period. Entry becomes invalid if the purchased product is returned for credit or exchanged for alternative product from a non-participating supplier. 
  • Promotion is only available to New Zealand residents who are Mitre 10 Trade Account Holders at participating stores.
  • Accepting a Prize is deemed as acceptance of these terms & conditions.
  • Should your Mitre 10 Trade Account be put on stop credit during the Promotional Period, or at any time prior to the Prize being claimed in full, the Prize will be forfeited. Promoter’s discretion applies. 

 

Prize

  • All entries go into the draw to win an iPad 11-inch 128GB Wi-Fi or Samsung Tab S10 128GB Wi-Fi tablet (“Prize”) – Accessories are not included.
  • There are 15 prizes to be won.
  • Winners have the option of either tablet.
  • In the event that some or all of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter will provide a Prize of equal or of greater value.
  • The Prize will be made available for collection from the Winner’s nearest Mitre 10 store.

 

Prize Draw

  • The prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s offices on Monday 6th July 2026.
  • The prize draw is conducted by the Promoter by way of random selection from all eligible entries and the first 15 eligible entries drawn will be deemed the Winners. Trade Accounts may only win one Prize. If the same Trade Account is drawn for more than one Prize, the second or subsequent Prize will be redrawn. The Winners details will be passed to Ampelite Limited. 
  • The Winner will be notified by phone or email address recorded on the Trade Account within two (2) days of the prize draw. If a Winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts within seven (7) days from the prize draw date, that Winner will forfeit the prize and another prize winner will be drawn. 
  • If the Prize remains unclaimed by 13th July 2026 the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on 15th July 2026 in order to award Prize (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”). The new Winner will be notified by phone or email address recorded on the Trade Account within two (2) days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The new Winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this competition. The Promoter reserves the right to forfeit any prize if said unclaimed prize has not been claimed by 20th July 2026. 
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any notification that is misdirected, lost or damaged, or if the Winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided on the Winner’s Trade Account. 
  • Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or service.

 

General Terms

  • The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Mitre 10 will disclose the Winner’s information to Ampelite Limited only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with Mitre 10’s Privacy Policy (mitre10.co.nz/privacy) and Ampelite Ltd’s Privacy Policy.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to suspend the promotion, amend the Promotion terms or withdraw the promotion at any time.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  • The Promoter’s decisions on all matters related to the Promotion are final and correspondence will not be entered into. 
  • Unless the Promoters determine otherwise, this promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoters may be running concurrently.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their related companies, employees and agents, shall not be liable in any way (whether in contract, negligence or otherwise) for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to indirect and consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or accepting a Prize.
  • The Winner will be responsible for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.
