Specific Terms and Conditions re Pink® Batts® Installed Insultation Offer (“Promotion”):

1. Go in the draw to win 10,000 Airpoints Dollars™ (“Prize”) when ALL the following conditions are met: I. Complete the purchase any Pink® Batts® insulation product (“Product”); II. From any Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA Store nationwide; and III. Get the Product installed by PinkFit®; and IV. Be an Airpoints member. | 2. This Promotion commences Sunday 1st July 2018 and ends on Tuesday 31st July 2018 (“Promotion Dates”). | 3. If PinkFit® are unable to quote for the installation, during the Promotion Dates, entries will be accepted up to and including Friday 31st August 2018. No exceptions allowed. Judge’s discretion will apply. | 4. Full payment for the above promotion must be completed by Friday 31st August 2018. No exceptions allowed. Prize Draw: 5. A random prize draw will be conducted at the offices of the Promoter by a representative of the Promoter on 6 September 2018. The first valid Entrant drawn shall win the Prize. | 6. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email, as per details provided at the entry process. | 7. If the winner is unable to be contacted by phone or email, by 13 September 2018, a new winner will be drawn on 14 September 2018. Specific Terms re Airpoints Dollars™

1. The Winner of the Prize must be: I. An Airpoints™ member to receive the Prize; OR II. Become an Airpoints member within two weeks of the relevant Prize Draw (see above). | 2. To join Airpoints, visit www.airnewzealand.co.nz/airpoints. To claim your Prize, the Winner must confirm their Airpoints member number to the Promoter as and when requested. Failure to become an Airpoints member by 20 September 2018, will invalidate the redemption of your Prize. | 3. Air New Zealand will credit the 10,000 bonus Airpoints Dollar™ Prize to the Airpoints member number supplied by the Winner by 4 October 2018. | 4. General Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as amended or modified from time to time. | 2. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are not employees of the Promoter or the Prize Sponsor or any Mitre 10 Store, and are not a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such said employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the Promotion. | 3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who does not abide by these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. | 4. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. | 5. Incomplete or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. | 6. By accepting a Prize, the Winner agrees that the Promoter may use his/her name, address and photograph for publicity purposes strictly relating to this promotion, including but not restricted to on packaging, or in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, as carried out by the Promoter and/or its advertising and promotional agencies, without seeking payment or any other compensation. | 13. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions, including but not limited to that of the Prize supplier. | 14. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities. | 15.
