A specialised water based, high build, easy sanding combination primer sealer and undercoat with excellent brushing and rolling character. Intended for use on bare interior and exterior surfaces in living areas and previously painted surfaces. It offers excellent adhesion and produces smooth, even finishes whether applied under acrylic or enamel finishes.

For interior and exterior use.
30 minute touch dry.
Recoat after 2 hours.
Water clean up.

Note that drying times are only an indicator of minimum drying time - in low temperatures and in high humidity, it will take longer for this product to dry.
