Doesn't seal or stick on the tiles
I bought an EZYpark plug a couple of years ago. great plug as the bottom half is soft rubber. seals the plug hole and when not in use has a wee sucker that will hold the plug on the wall tiles.
I bought another 'identical' one yesterday and the packaging says 'Rubber & Plastic' but the bottom half of the plug is not rubber but it is hard as plastic. It doesn't seal the plug hole satisfactorily and it wont stick to the wall tiles.

Doesn't work as intended
When walking into the store, I naively thought the idea of a plug that fits multiple plug holes would be fantastic, however I soon discovered this particular execution leaves something (everything?) to be desired.
While the packaging mentions “Rubber & plastic”, the bottom part of the plug that’s meant to form the seal appears to be made from a different kind of plastic. Either that, or the gnarliest, most plastic-like rubber known to mankind.
Long story short, because of this the plug doesn’t form anything resembling a proper seal, rendering it unsuitable for it’s one and only purpose.
Save yourself the hassle (and mockery from co-workers) and just purchase the correctly sized rubber plug to begin with.
On a positive note, I was able to swap this item for the aforementioned correctly sized rubber plug with no questions asked, so 5 stars for the Return Policy and staff!
