Forming an attractive clump of arching yellow-green leaves, each of which has irregular green stripes along its length, this striking evergreen is ideal for larger containers, gravel gardens, or borders that have a tropical theme. It's primarily grown for its lush-looking foliage, however an added bonus is the spikes of red flowers, which appear in midsummer.
