Helleborus Ivory Prince was selected for its vigor, uniformity, and superior compact upright habit. From late winter through mid-spring, rich burgundy pink buds.
Good for bees.
Can be used for a border or as a container specimen.
Easy to grow.
This vigorous hybrid hellebore starts flowering in late winter with dark burgundy-pink buds opening with flat outward-facing ivory white flowers. The blooms are flushed with pale green and are profusely borne on strong short stems. As the flowers age they turn shades of pink and pale green. The overall effect is quite beautiful. The leaves are deep green with light silvery veins and a compact rounded to upright habit. It is a very tidy plant in growth.
