Metro Areas

  • Orders under 25kg will cost $7.50
  • Larger orders will cost $7.50 plus a surcharge may apply^

Rural Areas*

  • Orders under 25kg will cost $12.50
  • Larger orders will cost $12.50 plus a surcharge may apply^

* Rural delivery addresses are as defined by New Zealand Post address data.

^ For large orders a surcharge may apply because of size, weight or special handling - this is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. Alternatively the store may contact you to make other delivery arrangements.

No Hassle Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund any unopened and unused, non-customised items returned to us in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and the invoice or delivery docket, within 28 days. Customised products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special order or mixed to specific requirements, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

It’s always easiest to return your product to the store you got it from, but you can return it to any Mitre 10 store. If you prefer to courier your product back to us, just check your invoice to see which store dispatched your order and that’s where you send it back to.

We will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a Mitre 10 gift card for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.

Faulty Goods

If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Mitre 10 please contact us. We will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced, or provide a refund as specified by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Gift cards are redeemable for goods and services sold at Mitre 10 stores in New Zealand, and on the Mitre 10 website (www.mitre10.co.nz)
  2. Gift cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. Unredeemed values will remain on the gift card until card expiry or until redeemed, whichever occurs first
  3. No change will be given on purchases made using gift cards, but balances may be used on subsequent purchases
  4. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used towards the purchase of another gift card
  5. Gift cards cannot be replaced and Mitre 10 will not be responsible for any gift card that may be lost, stolen, damaged, or sent to an incorrectly entered email address
  6. Gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase or last redeeming transaction. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period
