Rated 1 out of 5 by from Top soil I found this to be too wet, clay like and lumpy... was very hard to work with... I don’t recommend this product

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Topsoil As others have said, too much clay and goes hard and lumpy. Not good to use with a new lawn or in a garden.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product. More clay than anything. Not really like a topsoil at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It's not very good soil. Very dense and full of hard clay balls. Even had small stones in my bag I bought. Ended up only put half the bag on garden and threw away the rest.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Great As other reviewers have already mentioned this is not really top soil at all. Clumps and goes hard when watered and it lacks any organic matter - seems like sand and clay (but I'm no soil scientist). A lot of lumps in it too which doesn't make very good for lawns. I use it from time to time to fill in patches etc but wouldn't use it to establish a full lawn.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not topsoil Not really topsoil. Too much sand mixed in. Just goes dry and hard

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not really "top soil" more like clay This topsoil promises that it contains pumice sand for drainage and that it's good for establishing lawns. Unfortunately, the sand content is very low so the consistency is sticky and clumpy and there is almost no compost or organic matter so it would make a terrible bed for lawn. Not recommended.
