Mitre 10 Personal Shopper, our new customer service, is here to help. While online shopping is the quickest and easiest way to shop right now, sometimes you just need extra help or advice.

How do I use Personal Shopper?

1. Contact your local store through our form below with the details, including your phone number, and one of our team members in-store will get back to you. Please be patient, demand is high at the moment.

2. You can choose to collect your Personal Shopper order from the store or have it delivered to your home.

3. We’ll text or call when your order is ready to pick up or to be despatched. In either case, it may take up to five days.

Why Personal Shopper?

Some things you just can’t sort by shopping online. Through our new Personal Shopper programme, we hope to deliver some of the Mitre 10 service our customers appreciate. Our in-store teams are available by email and phone to help with all your home improvement needs.

This is a whole new way of operating though, and we’re streamlining it as we go. Thousands of our team members across the country are training up while working hard to serve you as best we can. Please be patient if things take a little longer than you expect.
