Kiwis have again voted Mitre 10 as one of their favourite brands and places to shop, with the results of two surveys released recently putting Mitre 10 in the spotlight.
In November, Mitre 10 was ranked in the top 20 brands in the Colmar Brunton Brands I Love 2019 survey. Just a few days later, Mitre 10 was awarded Gold in the 2020 Quality Service Awards in the DIY/Home Improvement Stores category.
The Colmar Brunton Brands I Love survey asked 1,000 New Zealanders which brands they loved most. Respondents were also asked why they loved the brand they voted for and the most common response was it being a Kiwi brand, well known, trusted and offering great value for money.
Mitre 10 was ranked 13th equal in the Brands I Love 2019 survey, alongside Fisher & Paykel, The Warehouse and AA. Mitre 10 has consistently placed in the top 20 in the survey in recent years.
The Quality Service Awards by Readers Digest highlight companies that have gone above and beyond their customer’s expectation, with Mitre 10 again awarded Gold in the DIY/Home Improvements Stores category.
The survey of 1500 New Zealanders asked respondents to rank their experience according to personalisation, understanding, simplicity and satisfaction.
The Gold Award is recognition of consistently achieving high levels of quality service and reflects all the effort Team Members have put into exceeding the expectations of customers.
Mitre 10 has won Gold in the DIY Home Improvement category of the Quality Service Awards since the category was introduced in 2017.
