Mitre 10 Terms and Conditions – Makita MakTrak Redemption Bonus Campaign
- Customers who participate in this campaign agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Makita MakTrak Redemption Bonus Campaign commences at 12:00 am NZ on the 28th March 2025 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on the 9th May 2025 (“Promotion Period”). The final date for receipt of the Redemption Claim Form is 16th May 2025 or the time when the stock of Redemption Bonuses is exhausted.
- The Promoter is Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited (“Promoter”).
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, resellers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- Participation in the promotion is restricted to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who during the promotion period purchase (through Pre-order) eligible products and complete the redemption outlined in Clause 9. Offers are strictly available to individual consumers purchasing the outlined products directly from the Mitre 10 Pre-order landing page within the dates specified in clause 2. The promotion is not available in conjunction with commercial tenders or bulk orders. Resellers are not eligible to claim on behalf of 3rd party customers.
- Any one individual may make a maximum of one (1) redemption claim during the redemption purchase period per transaction. Multiple claims are permitted provided that each claim is validly made with a unique invoice. Any unclaimed bonus items will remain the property of Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited.
- The redemption products and the RRP values inclusive of GST are listed on the redemption site Makita MakTrak Bonus Redemption . Retail pricing is correct as of March 2025.
- There are 100 Redemption bonus packs consisting of 1 x MakTrak Softshell Jacket ($182 incl GST) and 1 x MakTrak Waterproof Duffle Bag ($263.45 incl GST), total value $445.00 RRP NZD available for redemption to the first 100 customers to purchase (through Pre-order) the eligible MakTrak storage products and complete the Redemption form (outlined in Clause 9). The Promoter will fulfil the BONUS products directly to the purchaser with the expected delivery to be 4-6 weeks after the pre- order campaign ends on the 16/05/2025, where the terms and conditions have been met, in accordance with the following offer:
- To be eligible for the Redemption, a customer must, during the Promotion Period,
- Purchase both a Makita MakTrak Rolling Tool Chest (2055311) and a Makita MakTrak Large Toolbox (2055312) from Mitre 10 through the Pre-order landing page in one transaction; and
- Visit the Promoter’s redemption site: Makita MakTrak Bonus Redemption and fully complete the online redemption form by providing all requested information. Correct sizing for the jacket should be submitted on the form, there will be no ability to change sizes once confirmed.
- To verify each entry, entrants must retain: The original purchase receipt(s). Proof of purchase is a strict condition/requirement for the Makita MakTrak Redemption Bonus campaign.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each claim. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the claim process. Further, any contact details provided incorrectly over the internet or telephone may be deemed by the Promoter as an invalid claim.
- Entries may only be submitted online and in the correct form provided for at the website and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form.
- Claimants must provide a physical NZ delivery address, no PO Boxes. The Promoter accepts no liability for any issues related to delivery of the redemption products.
- Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period of 28/03/2025 to 9/05/2025 by 16/05/2025. Entries received after this date will no longer be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over mobile telephone or internet communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
- The Promoter collects and uses personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this Promotion, and otherwise only in accordance with its Privacy Policy (mitre10.co.nz/privacy).
- The Promoter will endeavour to contact Claimants should delivery of the redemption products be expected to be later than 4 weeks from 16/05/2025 but makes no guarantee as to an exact delivery date.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion or the Bonus.
- The Promoter reserves the right to revoke a customer’s redemption should a qualifying purchase be cancelled by a Customer.
