WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING ONLINE
Onetime events are overseeing this years online registrations. It is a profile based program so you will need to create a profile if you do not already have one with them. It only takes 2 minutes and is very simple. If you are registering multiple people you can do so from the one registration proflile. Online registrations incur a $2 registration fee which is added on at the end of the transaction. Instore entries will not incur these fees. Large Teams (over 4 people) can only register in-store.
COVID-19: MEGAwalk can only go ahead under Alert Level 1 or no Alert Levels, the organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event if the organisers feel that the participants safety or the integrity of the event will be impacted in anyway due to covid-19. If the event is postponed you will be refunded your registration fee minus any booking fees, event organisers hold no liability for any accommodation or travel arrangements you have booked or paid for in the event of postponement or cancellation.
You can also download the manual entry form and bring it into MEGA Napier or Hastings and register via the Customer Services desk. Forms are also available to fill out in store. In store registrations do not incur any additional fees. Race packs will be available for collection from 21st September.
