Send hot air where it is needed.

Heat Transfer kits move excess heat from one room to another, so you heat your house more efficiently.

Distribute Trapped Hot Air

Home insulation and heating products (fires, gas, electric heating, etc) have all improved in quality and efficiency over the years and in many instances home owners are finding their heating systems are over-efficient for the room they are situated in. Hot air rises and forms an extremely hot pocket of air trapped below the ceiling - you may be comfortable at seated level, with a layer of 35 degrees Celsius air trapped near the ceiling level.

Transfer the Heat to Another Room

This problem is easily and inexpensively overcome with the installation of a heat transfer system, which utilises this otherwise wasted heat by moving it throughout the home.

How the Heat Transfer Kit Works
The system uses a fan and insulated ducting to transfer excess heat quietly from one room to as many as three other rooms in a house.

We recommend placing the inlet grille on the opposite side of the room to the heat source. This allows the room to warm first before transferring excess heat.

Standard Heat Transfer Kits are available in Thru Wall, One, Two and Three Room kits.

A registered electrician should install the system.

The heat transfer kit is most effective when the primary heat source is a wood burner or gas fireplace. This is also an energy efficient way of transferring the excess heat from these heat sources.

Improved Circulation
As air is removed from the heated room, replacement air is drawn from adjacent rooms, creating a natural re-circulation, hence warm, dry air is constantly being circulated throughout the home.

Control
You can control which rooms you want the heat transferred to. The round outlet diffusers can be fully adjusted in each room. If you require more heated air entering one room than another, then simply adjust the diffusers to your requirements. You can also completely shut off a diffuser if you do not wish to deliver the heated air to a particular room (perfect for guest bedrooms).
