Having trouble fitting a lockable ranch slider lock. Can't seem to get the latch working in sync with the key. Any common problems?
Response from Mitre 10: The issue sounds like the key cylinder tail bar is 180 degrees out, generally the simplest way to help prevent this is to assemble the lock on the door without the key inserted. If the lock still does not operate try turning the tail bar 180 degrees and re assemble.
