we have not so nice looking floor in the garage, is there anyway we can paint the garage foor.
Response from Mitre 10: If the garage floor is concrete – if it has never been painted before then you will
a) Need to etch the surface with 1 part Hydrochloric acid and 3 parts water. This will ensure concrete is free from concrete dust (if not done then paint wont stick to surface for very long)
b) Use Dulux AquaTread if you want colour or Dulux AquaTread Clear Sealer for Clear finish. Specifically designed for exterior concrete floor surfaces.
Paint needs to be allowed to dry thoroughly between coats. Adhesion will develop over the first few days so avoid undue stress to the film until it has completely cured.
